Refund Policy

The Free Trial
If you have the free trial and you are not completely satisfied with our mGroomer services, and you notify mGroomer at support@mgroomer.com 2 business days before the end of your first 30 days of your contract that you wish to cancel, you will not be charged. mGroomer does not offer refunds for cancellation if your requests to cancel is not done within the 2 business days before the end of the free trail.

Requests to Cancel After the first 30 Day
You must notify mGroomer at support @mgroomer.com 5 business days before your Monthly Billing date if you wish to cancel an account. mGroomer does not offer prorated refunds for cancellation requests submitted after your Monthly Billing Date. Contact and Billing Information
It is your responsibility to keep valid contact and billing information on your account. mGroomer will continue to send information regarding your account in accordance with the contact information you have provided in your Settings Screen and upon registration.

Balance Due
Please be advised that the cancellation of an account does not release you from financial responsibility. If your account has a past due balance and you are not eligible for a refund, mGroomer Accounting department will continue collection efforts.
